Superman: Brainiac DC Comics Graphic Novel

Revived from a centuries long slumber, Brainiac finds a Kryptonian life sign, light years away from the planet it destroyed. For Kal-El, this is a chance to save Kandor, the city shrunk and bottled as a store of Kryptonian knowledge and culture and for Kara, this is a chance to face the monster who stole her childhood when he stole her home.

A short, but punchy graphic novel, with some characters modelled beautifully on the Salkind era movies. The final frame is gut wrenching in its portrayal of Superman at his least powerful.
