Orders & Returns

Packaging & The Environment:
  • We pack all orders safely and securely to ensure the product arrives to you in the same condition it left our warehouse facility
  • We re-use packaging to minimise wastage wherever possible, our boxes may sometimes look less aesthetically pleasing than other retailers - but we value the reduction of our impact on the environment
  • All unused packaging is recycled with Smurfit, who are based less than a mile from our warehouse facility and who make a donation to St Ann's Hospice for every tonne received - we only make the trip to the facility when we have a full load to take to minimise our carbon footprint
  • A donation is made with every order to Shopify Planet to offset our carbon footprint to carbon neutral and to make a difference to the environment - further information on the environment benefits of this scheme are available using this link Better commerce for a better planet | Shopify Climate
Order Processing:
  • Please allow two business days for us to pick and despatch your order
  • You will receive email confirmation when we receive your order and also when we despatch your order

 

Shipping:

  • Click & Collect Orders are generally available to collect same day, we will contact you to arrange
  • Local Delivery Orders are shipped twice every week with the Popmobile, you’ll usually receive your order within two days, but on occasion could be same day
  • Nationwide Delivery Orders are shipped daily with Royal Mail, you’ll usually receive your order within three days

 

Shipping Costs:

  • Local Delivery is free of charge inside Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire & Merseyside (this option will become available at checkout, once you've put in your address)
  • UK nationwide delivery is £3 per order or free of charge if you spend over £40
  • Non-UK delivery is calculated at checkout

 

Import Duties and Taxes (Outside the UK):

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Returns:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@kawaiikillmonster.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
