*A Blind Box is a collectable product wherein the packaging does not reveal the exact item inside until opened.

Once opened these products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable on personal preference.

Typically coming in a series, the sets are curated to showcase an array of figures with some being ‘secret’, ‘hidden’ or ‘chase’ variants in order to bring an extra level of excitement to the purchase.

The rarity of each item is tied to the production of each series’ item quantity. As such, even buying an entire box does not guarantee the presence of certain items.

Blind box items are artful collectibles. Minor imperfections (like slight colour variations, subtle marks, paint nuances, or bubbles) are inherent due to the crafting process.

Products with significant defects can be exchanged for the same item.

Festival/limited series blind boxes are ineligible for replacement three months after sales discontinuation.

For special items in the blind box series, any unique instructions take precedence.
